At Manning Family Children’s, our care extends beyond the walls of our hospital and clinics. July Mundy was born with several complex medical conditions, and has received care from numerous of our specialists since birth, with a stay in the NICU, and follow-up care since that time.
Today, Manning Family Children’s ThriveKids team is helping to support July in the school setting, assisting with care coordination to ensure she and her family have everything they need to stay well and to support optimal learning and development for July out in her own community.
July is thriving today, and even joined our CEO, Lou Fragoso, for this year’s Sugarplum Ball, where she and her family danced the night away – for the best cause around!
